1. Non-refundable products

All products sold in our shop are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, the following categories:

  • Printed posters
  • Printable posters (digital files)
  • Artistic products (children’s or adult books, works of art, etc.)

Once the order has been confirmed, no refund requests will be accepted, whether for physical or digital products. This is due to their personalised nature or immediate availability for download.

2.Exception – Incorrect clothing size

If you have received an item in a different size than the one you ordered, we will accept an exchange (no refunds), subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
  • You must contact us with clear proof of the error (photo of the label + order confirmation) and return the item to us before any exchange.

3. Damaged or defective products

If a physical item (excluding digital products and printable posters) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with:

Detailed photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as the original packaging.

A clear description of the problem encountered.

Conditions :

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unaltered after the defect was discovered.
  • Claims made after 48 hours or in cases of misuse will not be considered.

After evaluation, we will offer, at our discretion, an exchange or a credit note valid on a future order.

4. Digital downloads

Digital products (such as printable posters) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with their nature as immediately consumable upon download.

5. Finalising orders

VWe invite you to carefully check your order before confirming it (products, sizes, quantities, delivery details, etc.), as all sales are final, except in the case of clothing size errors (see point 2).
