Parcours – art for emotional connection

Description

I never truly understood jealousy. To be honest, I used to avoid anyone who displayed it. I couldn’t relate, and perhaps, deep down, I lacked compassion for those who struggled with it. But everything changed the day I cared for a child — barely five years old — who began to lie and show signs of jealousy. I couldn’t grasp how such deep emotions could take root so early.

Around that time, I was reading The Five Wounds That Keep You From Being Yourself by Lise Bourbeau. It opened a door. As I reflected with the Lord, I began to see things differently. That’s when Parcours was born — a spiritual poem born out of revelation, observation, and prayer.
